I was searching the forums to see if anyone has asked about why there are no other meal plan options available other than omnivore (in which there are FIVE). The most recent post I could find was a year ago and no Fitness Blender peeps chimed in on it.
I have been a member for over 9 years and there used to be meal plans for vegan, vegetarian and omnivore ways of eating. When the website was revamped they removed them all and then came back with all the offerings they have now (all meat based) and never updated with more eating styles.
With all the new trainers and content that is being churned out I am a little surprised that this hasn't been something they have been working on....or maybe they are working on something? Maybe no one has been asking for this?
One thing I have always really appreciated about Fitness Blender is their inclusion of all aspects of health-body, mind and nourishment. They have always catered to multiple training styles and they used to do the same with meal plans. Now there are even more varied trainers and styles available to all of us, which is so wonderful! I would just think that the meal plan offerings would be as diverse as their trainers-or at least as their audience.
