Hope you’re all doing ok and managing to find some peace and rest this weekend. Everyone is welcome to join the discussion!

I think we’ve all been feeling a bit broken recently, for various reasons. But we’re still whole beings with so much potential. A reminder to continue to be your amazing self, take the rest you need and shine your special, magical light out into the world. Even if it’s a soft, quiet light right now. Be the disco ball!

What have you been up to? Are you enjoying a nice long rest, dabbling in some workouts, making something tasty? Anyone starting the new barre challenge today? I had been planning to but I think the workout lengths will be too long for me. So more free styling.

After a pretty craptacular week, we had a really good day yesterday. Got out for a walk, had some Vietnamese, got a couple errands done, baked a cake which we later shared with a visiting family member. Today will be a rest day with no kooky yoga as we are being walloped by a giant snow storm which is expected to bring another 20+ cm of snow. But I might do a Pilates workout with Kelli, I need some Kelli time today!
