Daily Check-In ANG: Tuesday, February 11th

Hello schnoepsiepoepsies,

Nearly 0830am here and I just got back in from opening the chicken pen and the shutters of the house. I've got my workouts in and I'll be having my fruity breakfast in a minute.

Guess most of you are still slurping coffee while reading this, crud still in your eyes, hair sticking every where. Or you could of course also be tiptoeing impatiently to start on your day.

For me it was the latter and today was Day 2 of BwT. I swapped yet again for her newest, a mix of kickboxing moves and UB strength. Let's say it won't go to my favorites as I'm not a fan of kickboxing, I always feel like a klutz and today was even worse, I was laughing at myself because I kept mixing things up. But I got a nice NSV during strength though, I managed to do SA tempo low rows with 35lbs.

I also added some core exercises again.

As it's Tuesday again you all know it's grocery shopping for me, and since it looks as if it can start pouring rain any minute, I'm not looking forward to that! Luckily I've got something nice to look forward to...

Food... yep, I know what we're having today! It'll be lunch and dinner in one because we're going to our fave Asian restaurant. So sushi and salads for me! Woohoo!! Bet you're jealous no? No?! That must mean you've got something great for dinner too, care to share?
