Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, February 6th

Good morning my dear Blenders (or Fitness Friends, as I refer to you to my family)!

It's Thursday, and I'm not mad about it. I love Thursdays! Even though there's still work to be done, the weekend looms ahead, and I feel like I can make it! And since it's Thursday, I need to post our ghosting (guest host) schedule. We're covered for a few weeks, but if you'd like to take a turn hosting over the weekend, just let Inge or me know and we'll get you scheduled.

Let's get to it! What workouts are you doing today? I'm doing the Pilates routine that I *didn't* do yesterday. I was so dang tired that I just couldn't. But what's on your calendar for today?

Food? Yes please and thank you! I ate too much bread yesterday and snacked too much in the afternoon. But see that bread? Crackly on the outside and soft on the inside! No wonder I couldn’t resist! I need to rein it in today. My guys are having spaghetti and garlic bread, I'll have leftover split pea soup. What are you eating today?
