Friday again, seems like my hosting week only just started and it's finished again! But before I take my leave, let's dive in this check-in shall we?
We're having another frosty day here so going outside to open up the chicken pen was a rather chilly business! But I quickly got warm again by doing Day 12 of Kickstart which was a sandwich of some strength and mobility. Let's say there were some interesting moves there...
I also added another short hip mobility workout suggested by Cabob. And you were right Cabob, better to do the exercises on your own tempo because it did feel a bit rushed. So I just watched, noted and did them on my own. I particularly loved the bridge with shifting knees down left and right, sooooo wonderful for my hips! So thanks for the tip!
But we're not only here to talk about my workouts though, so tell me what is/was on you calendar. It might be empty too of course because a rest day is in order.
Maybe you don't have the time to do any workouts today because you'll be too busy preparing food.. like say... for dinner? I won't be preparing anything because I've no clue what to make. I'm hoping hubs will have a great idea, preferably one where I don't need to help.😉
