Daily Check-In ANG: Thursday, January 16th

My dearest ladies,

Two more days and again a week has past, but before you can start jumping up and down with joy, let's take a look at our ghosting schedule. As you can see we've got some gaps in our list, so if you feel inclined to entertain us with your rambles - which we all love BTW - than tell Coby or me and we'll put you on our list. For free, gratuit, doesn't cost you a penny.

Okay, with that out of the way, let's talk workouts. What's happening at your end? Day 11 for all us Kickstarters and today was Tasha's turn to get us sweaty with a TB workout. She gave us a nice mix of strength with some moderate cardio in between. Needles to say I loved the workout because yeah... it's Tasha. I also added a short 20 min Step to the Beat that was more an attack on my brain than my muscles. Djeez, those combo's are a serious workout for my brain, I've hardly got any rhythm as is and then I've got to combine that with stepping to music. What am I thinking??!!

What it did do was make me hungry though and the sad part is that while I can tell you what's for breakfast, I've no clue about dinner. So hit me with yours or your ideas please and thank you!

Picture: We've got a bird feeder on our terras and Teejtoos would love to get her paws on to them birdies. Unfortunately the door is blocking her way out, so she just stands there looking all threatening while them birds are making fun of her. Please ignore the filthy window!
