New Workout! Lower Body Power and Strength

Hey FB team! 

If you’re looking for a quick and fiery lower body workout that builds power and strength, my latest Lower Body Power and Strength workout is the one for you! It's the next day as I type this, and I'm feeling it (in the best of ways) so I know you'll all love it! 😈

Lower Body Power and Strength

This workout includes a dynamic warm-up, a restorative cool-down, and two circuits we’ll power through three times each. To top it off, we’ve got a short but intense 5-minute EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) finisher that will push you to the limit.

Why You’ll Love This Workout

This session focuses on strengthening and sculpting your lower body, targeting your glutes, quads, and hammies. We'll blend controlled strength exercises with explosive power moves to deliver a balanced and dynamic challenge for your lower body. 

Your Modification Tip

This workout is short but a serious burner. Your rep range should be 10-12 on average. If you're barely squeezing out those last 10-12 reps with good form, you’re in the sweet spot. If it feels too easy, grab a heavier weight or increase your range of motion—you’ve got this!
