Just a Selfish Request

Just wondering if we could have a good ol’ fashioned 1000 calories workout for advanced Blenders looking to include the holy trinity (cardio, core and strength)? I’ve been doing the oldies but goodies cos I kinda miss Daniel and Kelli’s presence as well.
