How can I balance Reformer, Cardio, and FB Programs?
I've been mainly doing Reformer Pilates with 2 FB lower body workouts and then Rebounding on some of the days (2-3x).
Reformer gets rid of DOMs if I do it. I usually will take it between 4-5 days a week. On Saturday and Sunday, I'll do the most difficult workouts, but because of their changing schedule, the only classes I can go to at the time I want to aren't that challenging on the weekdays.
Because of that, I was thinking of doing a FB program to get more strength training in, like FB Complete, FB Abs, or FB Strong. The Reformer classes are really good for mobility/core, just not that much on strength. I think I'd keep the Reformer schedule up since I've already paid my membership. Should I just drop the trampoline rebounding if I start a program? I definitely feel more challenged with FB Programs.
