Happy Sunday Ppals!

I hope you are all having a great weekend. Earlier in the week we were talking about being creaky in the mornings if we were noodles we could throw ourselves in boiling water to work the kinks out. Since that is not the case we have to settle for warming up slowly and moving however it is helpful to work out our kinks.

Speaking of working the kinks out Saturday I subbed in one Kayla's workouts from her move better challenge for day 5 of Kickstart and afterwards my lower body felt all nice and kink free.

Sunday I am going on a 3 hour bus trip to watch my basketball team play an away game. I looking forward to it, I have my snacks for the ride all lines up however, I am not looking forward to leaving my house at 6:40 am to catch the bus. Sunday evening when I get home I plan on doing another Kayla workout to help workout the kinks from all the sitting. I thinking her workout for travelers should do the trick. I haven't done that one in at least a year.

Now I would like to hear from you. How is your weekend going? Do you have favorite workouts you like to do when you are feeling stiff.

I also trust that you will be able to talk amongst yourselves as I will be traveling most of the day. I'll chat with you all Sunday evening.
