Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, December 30th

Hey there ladies,

How are you all doing? I hope you've all had a nice weekend and are ready to tackle a new week with me. I'll be your host taking you from the old year into the new one. But before I start this check-in let's send a big thank you Shabnam's way for a wonderful ghosting weekend and another one to my partner in crime Coby for her hosting last week.

Okay, with that out of the way, let's dive into our workouts. What's on your calendar for today? I've just finished a nice recovery workout with Nicole recommended by Karen. It's two rounds of gentle cardio with a nice long stretch as cool down. I added a light weight to the 2nd round which 'changed the dynamic' as our trainers love to call it. I spiced it up a bit by modifying some of the exercises.

And what about food? I can tell you what I have for breakfast, fruit, cereal crackers and my usual warm water with lemon/ginger and of course tea. But for dinner.... not.a.clue. So any and all ideas are welcome ladies!

Or maybe something will come to mind while fighting my way through the aisles during grocery shopping. We'll be going today again to avoid those last minute shoppers. 🤞 your fingers and pray for my safe return!!
