Hello FB,

Another year, another 484 workouts complete!

I am a hypermobile, chronic pain, physio-focused Blender. The majority of my workouts this year have been Pilates and mobility focused, about the 2 and 3 mark (sometimes I’ll sneak in a 4 Pilates session and smash it!)

I’ve had surgery this year, MRIs, countless physio appointments, deep tissue massages, doctors appointments, the list goes on and on. It’s been a year of setbacks, smashed goals, growth, compassion, acceptance and love.

I would not have achieved those workout completes without the amazing diversity of FB’s fitness library. I’ve not done HIIT for years, I’ve not lifted weights for years, sometimes all I can do is show up on my mat and breathe but that is enough and the resources you provide (shout out to Haley and Marina) make it enough.

Thank you for everything you do. I’m enough and so are all of you. X
