No transition here and no needed one for talking workouts. I have cardio and core using dumbbells. My shoulders and chest are super sore but I saw some more upper body strength in there. I'm gonna lift very light today. How about you? Do you have anything on you FB calender? Or perhaps some other activities or as Sundays call, nothingness?
How about them foods? Son and hubs are cooking and we asked some friends over. Just two couple with their adult children;)
