Weekend Check-Ins: Saturday, Dec 28(ANG))

Hello beautiful Blendfriendz!

For the first time I forgot I was ghosting!! I put on my clothes to do my workout and suddenly remembered. I've been forgetful lately and I'm a little concerned.

Anyways, I hope you started your day smoothly. I have a picture of my bird feeder I've bought not long ago. So cute to watch them eat and also watch the squirrels take advantage too!! The funny thing is that squirrels win most of the time! That's why I bought them a feeder too yesterday (picture in reply). I hope they leave the bird feeder alone. I got them their food too. We'll see...

But we're not here to feed the birds, are we? How about some movements in a FB fashion? Please share your parts. I'm continuing Strength and Cardio by Brian and his team. Love being in his team because he always thinks that I'm doing a "nicejob" even when I suck at full push-ups😀. I think I have a totall body strength today that will happen soon. But we want to know about you too.

And of course the inevitable part of our check-in; foods. Are you cooking, somebody else is cooking for you, eating out, leftovering? We want to know cause we can be nosey here;)

That brings me to the end of my chatty mood. Can't wait to here from you. Take care everyone 💛
