Workout Requests / Suggestions

Hello!

I have a workout video suggestion. Sometimes, after a workout session I'm craving a small finisher. Basically 5/6 minutes HIIT, cardio or toning workout.

If I could be even more specific, a HIIT finisher without the most popular exercices (such as burpees or high knees) would be nice.

There are already some small workouts in the FB library (such as the jump rope ones, which I love) but I think there aren't as many workouts of the type, mainly recently.
