A little challenge for Tasha

While doing the REMIX: Quick Dumbbell and Cardio Circuits workout today, I got an idea.

How about creating a short workout that contains only "victory laps"? It could be a mix of strength and cardio, by incorporating weights and varying intervals.

It might be a fun idea to include it at the end of one of the upcoming challenges, as an extra celebration bonus.

I think you owe it to us, Tasha, after all the sweat and grunts you got us through 😅
