Daily Check-in ANG: Monday, December 16th

Hey there sugarpie honeybuns,

How are you all doing at the start of the penultimate week of the year? And yes you'd be right, I had to look up that word. 😜

Before diving into this check-in allow me to say a big thank you to Lea for last weekend's ghosting. Oh and I'd love to see that Christmas pudding hat BTW.

Okido, so how about them workouts? What's on your calendar for today? Some mobility, strength, HIIT, yoga? Or maybe a nice run, walk, stroll? No workout is great too, maybe you just need a rest or life gets in the way and you're not able to get a workout in. All fine and good.

I did one of my absolute favorite weighted core workouts with Erica. I've done it 9 times now and already know I'll be doing it a lot more times. It's a 2 round workout but today I made it a 3 round with descending weights. I started with 15, lowered to 10 and did the last with 6. Loved it!!

On to dinner..I can be short and quick there, no idea. This afternoon I'll be back over at Marie's for part 2 of Operation Paperwork so it'll be up to hubs to pick something for dinner.
