The best way to warm up 🥶toes after a seaswim… thanks Kelli!

Second day in a row to have a seaswim, or rather… seadip. The sea was finally nice and calm, but COLD! Water temp was 9 degrees C (48F) air temp was 10 degrees C (50F). Staying in for only 5 or 6 mins is enough to get freezing feet, that don’t warm up for quite a while (as in not for one to two hours!).

But yes, FB has given me a perfect way to get even my feet toasty after a seaswim: a walking workout with Kelli!

Thanks Kelli for giving me nicely toasty toes again!
