I’m back here after 2-3 years of barely exercising continuously for even a week even though I did join gym but couldn’t ever continue!
So in March this year I was diagnosed with major depressive disorder and generalised anxiety disorder. It makes sense because life always felt tough. It still does. Presently I’m on medication and therapy.. but I would like to get back to the habit of exercising (I’m not even talking about losing weight. I’ve realised that I need to develop a normal relationship with food and not think of it as a means of emotional gratification.).
Just enrolled in FB Plus. I have dumbbells and resistance bands. Which program do you suggest I restart my journey with?
