FB FIT 2 day 9

hello!

Reporting a workout complete! Today was an upper body strength video which Ive enjoyed very much. Felt nice to slow down to a low impact workout as ladies time of the month arrived and demanded an activity of lower intensity. Im curious about tomorrows cardio workout. So far Im feeling more energised throughout the day, I have more energy even after work to complete my workouts and do the regular tidying up in the apartment.

So far so good!
