My computer updated or ran a scan or something and now ALL the programs I had before FBplus came into being have disappeared. Also all the instances of me marking that I had completed a workout have also gone.

Im devastated. I cant afford too many FBPlus workouts so I alternate them with doing some of the programs I have had for a few years. I love to see that I have done a program several times - that's gone too. I dont know if the FB people can find my stuff on a server somewhere
