Bicep Curls?

Wasn’t sure what tab to include this in but I recently have noticed I really need to up my weight on bicep curls. The only problem is, now I’m feeling it more in my shoulders. Could y’all do a quick tutorial on correct bicep curl form? Or can someone give me a detailed explanation?? When I google this I get all sorts of conflicting info about what to do and what not to do, blah blah.
