I just completed the 'Advanced Strength Challenge with Brian'. I really enjoyed pushing myself with the weight and it's generally been ok but in the final workout ( lower body EMOMs) I felt really aware of my lower back feeling a wierd- not painful necessarily but like I shouldn't push it much
further. I had to drop the weight completely on the side lunges and deadlifts about midway through. How do you increase your weight without upsetting your lower back for these moves? It feels like my legs can take more weight but not my back on some of the exercises.
Progressing with heavy weight vs lower back
