New FREE Workout! Bodyweight HIIT and Cardio Circuits
Good morning FB Family!
I hope you’re in the mood for a sweaty, heart-pumping adventure! Although today’s workout release is only 28 minutes long, we pack a lot of work into a relatively short amount of time:
Using your body as the equipment, you’ll alternate between cardio (endurance-focused) and HIIT (high intensity interval training anaerobic segments) to challenge your stamina, agility, and your ability to count (we have a couple of ladder-up rep circuits). This workout is great practice for training your body to efficiently switch between differing energy demands and oxygen utilization.
I had a ton of fun both planning and filming this workout – bodyweight cardio/HIIT routines are some of my favorite ways to move my body when I need to release some pent-up energy or feel a bit achy from heavy lifting sessions. Don’t be afraid to (safely) challenge yourself and experiment with new levels of discomfort!
Let me know how the workout goes for you in the comment section below. Should I film some more workouts like this soon?
