It is fall back time for me. I am trying to decide what to do with my extra hour. How about you? We may not all fall back this morning but we can all join in the discussion of how you use your extra hour. Lynna can tell us what she did 6 months ago as she must be springing ahead soon.
I am putting the finishing touches on my Sunday school lesson. I need to stop watching YouTube for additional background or short videos to show and focus on finishing the lesson. It was essentially done last week. So if I focus I can use my extra hour to read.
I made curried broccoli and noodles for dinner. I hadn't used curry in awhile. My dish should taste even better tomorrow after the flavors have settled in.
I went for my usual farmers market walk this morning and had coffee and a monster cookie. I am doing a yoga challenge where you do yoga everyday.. I have 45 minutes to get that in for Saturday.
I plan on starting Essentials with Erica tomorrow.
The picture is a throwback from my beach trip. It is the bay. Just lookout it is relaxing.
