I had a couple of “great” ideas to talk about, and had even thought of a question, but that was last night as I was going to bed. I’ll remember them in the morning right?! NO! I don’t! Lol! Just bear with me!
How about the weather? We’re actually having fall weather right now. It’s 60°F (15C) with a high of 71°F (22C) and it’s supposed to rain today. And the leaves are turning, actually I think we’ve already had our peak of color, so now they’re just falling,
So if anybody read one of my posts earlier in the week, you will have heard that yep, I broke my wrist back in August. It was missed by the radiologist. I’ve been struggling along for nearly 3 months. Good thing I wore the wrist braces, keeping it immobilized. Now I’m supposed to start using it, regaining strength and range of motion.
Speaking of Motion! How are you guys moving today? Or not?! I’ve got a couple WO’s on the calendar ,that I will get to after COFFEE!
