Hello Blendfriends, welcome to the last Monday of October! Weather's below freezing 🧊 this morning, and the leaves are dropping fast, so it looks like fall is proceeding on schedule. As for me, I'm freestyling again. Pilates Barre 🩰 with Amanda was a great workout this morning, I feel the burn already! I'd like to get back to lifting weights, wonder if my wrist is ready? Here's a thought to reassure me, and the rest of us who are toughing through various challenges:

So what are you focusing on today? For me, it's a basic WFH day. Yesterday was a cooking day🧑🍳. In case anyone's looking for ideas, here's the menu: sourdough bread, butternut squash soup with oranges, kale salad, and roasted beets with sweet potatoes. Should be able to riff on the leftovers for lunch, and after work a grocery run will give us more options. My body is still shocked with the change in season - no more kayaking, eating root vegetables instead of leaves and tomatoes... maybe I leaned in too hard 😆! Will try to mix it up a little.
I'd be interested to know if it's just me 🤣 How are all of you doing with the change in season?
