Years ago I've bought and read the book Next Level from Stacy Sims, but didn't do much with it because I love to just follow along with FB videos and programs.
She has really good recommendations about how to workout as a postmenopausal women.
However, I've been reading it again and listened to some interviews on YouTube. I would love to incorporate her advice in my FB workouts, but having trouble with it.
Her advice regarding to strength training is to lift as heavy as you can for 6 to 8 reps, 3 to 5 sets. This means you have to rebuild most of the FB workouts. I could do that working from the description of the workout itself, and do it on my own. But I want someone talking me through ðŸ¤. Which means a lot of pausing and starting again and totally mess up the length of the video.
Anyone suggestions to handle this?
Or maybe a shout-out to the trainer's to build a program based on Stacy's recommendations?
It's at least 2 but preferably 3 times strength heavy lifting, plus jumptraining and SIT or HIIT training sessions
