Good morning Blendfriends, or good day.

I found this quote the other day and saved it for us. I thought it was an important reminder.

How are we feeling today? Some of us have had some rough nights lately. I was again up around 4 for about an hour. This time I read a bit before eventually falling asleep.

My workout at the gym was fine yesterday. I got really sweaty on the bike and then used 3 leg machines, did some pilates and stretching. I found some movements which bothered my rib so I eased off. I will go again on Friday. Today I will do a run through the neighbourhood and see what is going on. New constructions, finished constructions and the progress on the forever blocked street. What are they really doing.
