New Workout! Quick 10-Minute Total Body Conditioning
Good morning FB Family!
Today’s workout release is a great option for days when you’re pressed for time but still want a challenge or want to add a spicy conditioning finisher to the end of your strength routine:
You’ll cycle through 10 rounds of kettlebell swings and push-ups, attempting to increase your goal reps throughout 10 EMOM intervals (every minute on the minute). Zeroing in your focus on just two moves for a short duration of time allows you the opportunity to (safely) push yourself, test your limits, and strive for some uncomfortable but manageable heart rate spikes.
I learned a few things while filming this workout:
1 - If sweat drops hit the mic, the sound will momentarily cut out. My apologies for the couple of times it looks like I’ve edited out obscene words but truly I’ve just oversaturated my microphone with my sweat.
2 - Feedback not judgment – I need some heavier kettlebells!
3 - Lily the Pug (Liliana to me) and I have very different ideas of what should be included in a workout (stay past the ending “workout complete” screen to watch actual footage of a pug workout).
Anyways, I hope you enjoy the workout! These short routines are always so satisfying – quick but just as impactful as a longer workout.
