I have to be honest — there are days when even I don't feel like working out. We all hit those moments when getting started feels like the toughest part. But one thing I've learned? Showing up on those days, even when it's the last thing I want to do, always pays off. That's why today's workout is one I designed to make the most out of every movement.

This low-impact, 30-minute session is perfect for dialing in on strength, balance, and control without high-impact moves, so it's ideal whether you're low on energy or just need a solid workout that doesn't push your limits too far.
