So I've asked this a couple times on actual workouts, but I feel like I need to get a post together lol.
During lower body strength, my low back SCREAMS at me. Deadlifts and side lunges especially. Squats sometimes. I THINK I'm bracing, I THINK I'm keeping my back flat, but no matter what I do it just...yells. And I end up having to take extra breaks in between sets just so I'm not in a ton of pain. Fortunately it does subside rather quickly and sometimes just an extra minute off will get me able to finish the rest of the workout.
I just worry about form? I've watched videos. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong!
