Workouts? I. Am. Sore. Yesterday's 30ish minute workout with Brian was apparently pretty effective toward my lower body. Will be looking for some core work and mobility today, but what about you?
And your food? I have no idea! I made some really nice bread rolls the other day so it will probably be sandwiches.
