HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 23rd

Hello Blendfriends, it's Monday again. Where did that weekend go? I suppose it's just fall, picking up the pace as usual. I've certainly seen things get busier in everyone's messages lately -- new burdens at work, travel, dance 💃 So today's thought is one from Storm:

"At this time when there is so much going on on all levels and all around you, keep ever aware of Your High Self and allow nothing to drag you down. There is always something to be deeply grateful for."

My busier times are coming from work, but also choral season starting up again, and taking steps to wrap up the garden. There are days when I feel like I'm just pushing through, but then I hit a new passage on a vocal piece or suddenly have a couple pounds of beautiful tomatoes, and the joy and gratitude kick in 🥰

And with the kayaking, we're seeing the world with new eyes. September is different now that we're looking out on the water... we're going to learn new things about each month. Yesterday it was too windy to paddle, there was a good breeze and a bit of a chop on the surface of the water. If I hadn't had my wrist injury I'd have been game to go for a little spin, but... we had a long walk in the park instead.

As for workouts, along with yesterday's walk I did PT for my wrist, and Kayla's spine health mobility workout, with stretches all along the spine and a lot of hip stretches at the end. I think I was due for it. Not sure what today's workout will be, but I'll be doing it in the cool of the evening.
