Thank you FB!

I was on holiday last week and had a looooong travel day on Friday (ferrys, taxis and trains, trains and more trains) to get home. It's always nice to go on holiday but it can be a bit of a catch 22 - my chronic pain usually flares up because I'm out of my routine, exploring and walking, and, admittedly, not doing my physio as diligently as I would be at home. I was pretty broken on Friday night and felt quite daunted by the pain and repair work I needed to do over the weekend to get some mobility back...

BUT Sunday night and five workouts later, I am feeling sooooo refreshed, and relaxed, and reconnected to my body and mind! Thank you Nicole, Erica, Marina and Tasha and thank you to FB for having such amazing, nurturing and effective mobility workouts - they have changed my life over the years and I'm so grateful to all the trainers for coming up with some fun routines and including them in Challenges!
