How Great is Exercise?

It never fails to amaze me how my daily workout can turn most any situation around! If I'm stressed, feeling restless, just feeling bleh or unproductive, exercise fixes it all! It's amazing! I have been a little upset today and bloated so I just popped on my treadmill and treated myself to a moderate walk/jog while watching a show. Now I'm showered and fresh and nothing beats it! I wish more people knew this about exercise.
