HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group September 16th

Hello Blendfriends, welcome to the start of another week. It's back to work today after a beautiful September vacation. After watching a silly movie last night (the 1988 Beetlejuice), I slept peacefully through the night, so I should be rested enough to get back into the swing of things today. I also need to settle back into my workout routine. All through vacation, we were kayaking a few times each week, along with gardening, hiking, all non-video fitness :) I'll take today to figure out what's next. I have a PT appointment for my wrist, as it heals I am avoiding weights and anything inolving planks. So my half-completed routine is not currently appropriate... I'll be looking at Nicole's challenge as a possibility, or maybe walking workouts and kickboxing. It's good to have options, and while I consider mine, remember everyone, that it doesn't have to be a straight line forward to be progress!
