If any trainer feels inspired (or maybe a team effort?), a recovery week challenge could be fun. Something to do after you’ve worked really hard with one of the more advanced challenges and know you need to briefly dial it back and recover before tackling another one. I always put my own together but I’m curious what the FB trainers would do. Maybe a decent amount of mobility? A chance to catch up on the “boring but important stuff” like stretching and pelvic floor work? Sometimes I go back to one of the beginner-oriented programs, but that’s not quite what I’m thinking of.
