Happy Sunday Ppals!

How's your weekend going? It is gray and dreary looking here but it is not supposed to rain so I can get my morning walk in.

Yesterday I mixed things up and instead of taking a walk around the farmer's market I met a friend for lunch and then we took a short walk to a coffee shop for coffee. Both places were new to me. The place we had lunch used to be walking distance from my office and my coworkers and I had lunch there frequently. Now they have moved to a new location, not far but not walking distance. Now I can report back to my coworkers, The food is still delicious and the owner and the workers are still friendly. The owner said if we call ahead she would reserve a table for us. The place is small. She said they had the softball team there for breakfast and there was a bridal shower going on upstairs on their outdoor roof seating (the upstairs area was not small) I would like to try the roof seating sometime. It as nice view of the walking trail and east campus.

On to exercise if i can pull myself away from my book I have pilates with Amanda on my calendar.
