Hello beautiful Blenders,

How was the week treating you? I was so happy. After being sick last weekend I thought I got around the coughing, but I was wrong. It started a few days later. And my health was dropping again. Not to the point that you can't do anything, but you feel mah. Now slowly the coughing is stopping and my head feels more normal again as well.

Anyway, as I mentioned yesterday, there are too many accidents and illnesses around this year but I don't feel that it is a bad year. The only thing that's really bothering me is my eating behavior. It is a constant up and down and it can be absolutely frustrating. I'm currently working with a nutritionist. Luckily through my chronic illness I get easier access to specialists like nutritionists, because my eating can have a negative impact on my chronic illness. Just looking at the material the nutritionist gave me the last time I can guess where I'm going wrong again. So frustrating, you think you know it all and then you do stupid mistakes. That's what I do tomorrow, plus, MRI and some online meetings. The coming week is just crazy. We are working on a new proposal for a new EU project and coming week is full of calls to organize the work. I got heavily involved again. As more you get involved as more money you get when the proposal gets through. And I'm so bored from the same boring projects I worked in and I saw, which are all the same. Nothing innovative and an absolute waste of EU tax money. People just don't have a vision.

Anyway, today will be Solo Jazz practice most of the day and that is my workout for today.
