So, I started running consistently 2 months ago and have been loving the torture 😂
That being said, now, whenever I do a strength workout my heart rate does not go high, or better yet, stays way lower than it used to.
Is it because my endurance has increased?
(I am trying to lose weight and I get really discouraged about the calorie count on my watch, and yes, I know they are always off)
