Losing track

Hey FB family. Salaams from Kenya, Africa! I had a great success story with FB in 2019 - 2021. I discovered them on YouTube joined the webpage and in mid 2019 I was just shy of a peak fitness level. Kelli and Daniel were just right, I would do Kelli's workouts commitedly and used Daniel's level 5 workouts when I wanted to push myself. 3 to 4 years on I am bored. I just can't find it in me to do a workout. Eating-wise instead of the 80-20 rule, I am on a 50-50 rule. I am slipping & sliding. Wondering if anyone has been in this situation. And could someone point me to a plan/program that has worked for them... something that I can use to help me shake this off.
