Am I doing too much?

I typically do 2 a days, sometimes 3 a days, usually 6 times a week. Today I did a total body routine with Brian (5 stars), and then a fairly intense lower body routine with Erica (4 stars). I feel ok, good, healthy, but I've heard that with workouts sometimes less is more. I just...love working out! I know a lot of people don't, but it's my favorite part of the day and FB is so fun! In following a 10 day challenge, I typically do double the amount, adding other workouts. I lift heavy (for me) and often go to the point of feeling a bit unwell by the very end, which is my sign to stop and go take a shower. I do not work out the same muscle group two days in a row though, so I do alternate and I am mindful of any soreness. But I might do, say, 2-3 lower body routines in the same day. I do a mix of all types of workouts, so plenty of strength, cardio, pilates, yoga...

I just wanted to see personal experience from others who enjoy working out, and if they got better results from cutting back. I'm pretty sedentary besides my workouts, as I'm an artist and a writer and am mostly just home!

One thing worth mentioning is that these workouts are full workouts, not the short ones, so generally 40 minutes + a piece.
