I've been using Fitness Blender since high-school, but never posted a body change journey because it never seemed relevant enough. Fast forward to last fall when I fractured a bone in my foot and ended up in a cast for three months. I gained much more weight than I thought I would and lost most of my previous strength. I'm pretty sure by the time I was out of the cast that I was close to 190 lbs, the most I had ever been. I diligently jumped back into Fitness blender, and lost enough weight to fit back into pants that had no longer fit me. I gained a lot of strength back as well and am back to using 15 lb dumbells. While I plateaued for most of the summer, switching to the FB30 routines has helped me break past it and continue to lose weight. While I never plan to be super muscular or fast or anything like that, I just want to feel good about my body, and I'm there again.
