Hello all 😊 I had been feeling a little demotivated with progress, but I have looked back over the past few years and I am finally now back to the weight I was before I had my son (who is now 7!) which is great.
However I think the reason I am not feeling good is that my body fat level 7yrs ago was around 24%, now it’s 33% yet I am the same weight! I assume I had more muscle then (not tracked so I’m unsure), to be the same weight but far less fat?
How can I tip the balance the other way, staying the same weight but reducing fat and gaining muscle?!
(Note this is on home scales, I appreciate it’s probably not accurate, however the same scales were used the whole time so can provide accurate comparator details)
