What's on your physical activity agenda for today?
Strength, cardio, mobility, rest day....or a mix?
I'm going back and forth between core or lower body strength...we'll see where I end up!
Food Front? Coffee on the agenda with the usual Chick-fil-A lunch for the three of us (hubs, younger son, me). Dinner is likely....
And just for fun....what is something fitness or physcial activity related you can do now that you could not do a year ago?
I'll kick it off.
Firtness - I can do squats as a warm-up/can hold my legs at straight at a 45 degree angle in pilates with my core still engaged (most days)/walking with ankle weights - mostly level 3s cardio (thank you foundations with Nicole!)
