Regaining a strong core after two pregnancies.

Hello everyone,

I had two Babies within two years. I have been training again for about 1 1/2 years now. My core is getting tighter again, but I still don´t have that flat stomach I used to have before.

Does anyone have any more tips on how to really get back into that physical shape?
