New Workout! Bodyweight Strength EMOMs

Hey team!

I am sharing a bit about my recent trip to Negril this summer. I did something I usually avoid. I stayed at a hotel without a gym! But this place was so nice and worth it that I broke my rule. So, I created a Bodyweight Strength EMOM workout to keep myself active. I ended up doing this workout three times during the seven days I was there and I also went on 4-mile walks along the beautiful beach. It was a great way to stay fit and enjoy the stunning views.

Bodyweight Strength EMOMs

This Bodyweight Strength EMOM workout is a quick 20-minute session, perfect for when you're short on time or traveling. The goal is to complete each set with 15-20 seconds to spare, allowing you to catch your breath before moving on to the next exercise. And the best part? You don't need equipment besides a chair or box, your body weight, and some motivation.

This is another workout you can do anywhere. It is a perfect option to eliminate excuses when traveling or looking for a quick workout without any equipment. So keep it in your back pocket, and stay active no matter where you are!
