Iāll be traveling soon for 9 weeks and probably wonāt have much access to weights during that time. Iāve already decided to use the time to have a heavier focus on core strength and cardio workouts, but will also be trying to maintain some lower and upper body strength. I have the two week Anywhere challenge on my calendar already (excited for it!) and then a 4 week core program after that. I looked ahead at the Core program and noticed that some of the maintenance upper body workouts in it do recommend weights. I may swap these out for bodyweight upper body workouts if I can find good onesā¦ any recommendations please?? What are your fave bodyweight upper body workouts? That might help me maintain my little guns without weights?š
