Progressive Overload

Hello,

On of my goals this past year was to attempt a progressive overload program. I have been using 2 workouts, each done twice a week. I have been using "Build a booty" and "Get strong! Upper body workout" since before i was a member ( using them since September). I am getting bored with those workout and occasionally sub a new one but haven't found one that feels as comprehensive. Does anyone else do this or a similar split? What workouts do you use? I love fitness blender but i essentially continue to reuse the "free workouts" I always have used. I enjoy the guide vs making my own progressive overload workout. I just wish some of the workout programs felt more like a progressive overload, or maybe I just haven't given them enough time. Thanks!
